NTA Deploys 4G LTE and WiFi Services in the Marshall Islands Using Blue Arcus and Alepo’s Solution

National Telecommunications Authority (NTA) of the Marshall Islands wanted to move beyond basic voice and SMS and upgrade its legacy 2G GSM network to 4G LTE and WiFi while improving customer experience. To support this transition, NTA worked with Alepo, via integration partner Blue Arcus, and needed a flexible digital BSS and network monetization platform to launch bundled prepaid, postpaid, and enterprise offers, plus mobile self-care.

Alepo implemented a Digital BSS solution including OCS, CRM, self-care portals and app, voucher management, ticketing, monitoring, SIM inventory, AAA, PCRF, and product catalog capabilities, with integrations to HSS, payment systems, PGW, and HLR. The rollout enabled new data and bundle offerings, secure e-recharge, and self-service, helping NTA increase ARPU by 70% and total revenue by 50% in two months, while reducing OPEX by 20% and expanding network coverage by 20%.
