Alepo Solution Helps ACS Launch Ananda, the First LTE-Only Service in Myanmar

ACS, a Myanmar-based turnkey telecom solutions provider, wanted to enter the service provider market with ananda, the country’s first LTE-only service. To launch quickly and support rapid monetization, ACS needed a digital BSS platform that could enable flexible prepaid plans, personalized offers, third-party POS integration, BI reporting, zero revenue leakage, inventory control, and disaster recovery. Alepo was selected to help deliver this greenfield launch.

Alepo implemented its Digital BSS and managed services, including CRM and billing, OCS and PCRF, POS, voucher and inventory management, recharge promotion management, payment gateway API, and BI reporting, supported by GTAC and MSO. The solution enabled ACS to launch advanced LTE data plans, on-the-fly promotions, and location-based offers, and helped the operator sign up over 60K subscribers within one month. Alepo also helped ACS achieve zero network downtime, with high-severity issues restored in under two hours and CSI/SLA performance above 90%.
