NorthGate, the UK’s largest commercial vehicle rental provider, faced a high volume of property-related requests across 86 sites, including around 40 tickets a day and 800 a month. The team needed a better way to track, coordinate, and monitor jobs from initial request through to completion, and turned to Alcumus Info Exchange for support.

Alcumus implemented the Info Exchange CAFM module, giving NorthGate a centralized way to capture job details, add photos, documents, emails, purchase orders, and costings, and improve visibility across the business.
