Case Study: The Prince’s Trust improves safeguarding and reporting with Alcumus

Upgrading in-house systems to improve internal processes

The Prince’s Trust needed to replace long-standing paper-based internal processes that were causing duplicated work, slow reporting, and poor access to data. Working with Alcumus, the charity adopted Info Exchange to modernize its health, safety, and safeguarding reporting and better support its mission to protect young people.

Alcumus implemented Info Exchange to digitize incident reporting, improve data sharing, and add automated email notifications and scheduled reports. The result was a major overhaul of reporting, clearer insight into incidents, and around one day saved per month in administration time, while also helping The Prince’s Trust better demonstrate its impact and prevent future issues.
