Alcidion configured Red to Green into the Miya Precision journey boards and dashboards, providing staff with real-time visibility into delays. This enabled daily, proactive action to remove blockages. The solution delivered measurable improvements, including a reduced length of stay for respiratory patients and new visibility into emergency surgery waits. It also provided a framework for capacity planning for a new hospital, while improving multidisciplinary communication and operational efficiency across the health service.
