Alcidion's solution, which was later expanded to include Smartpage for orderlies, streamlined workflows by replacing pagers and enabling electronic task requests with real-time status updates. The implementation by Alcidion led to significant results, including time savings for 22% of clinical staff and over 4,800 pages sent. The orderly team saw improved productivity, handling over 2,100 tasks in the first month, and gained better visibility to manage workflows and alleviate pressure points effectively.
