The solution from Alchemy Cloud digitized DCL's lab operations without requiring changes to their existing work processes. Alchemy’s software electronically captured all formulation, test, and instrument data, which had previously been managed through spreadsheets and paper. This integration saved 50% of the time required to create Sample Evaluation Reports, eliminated data re-entry and duplication of work, and created a centralized electronic database for compliance. As a result, DCL's technical service team became significantly more agile and could respond to customer requests much faster.
