Case Study: Los Angeles Football Club achieves touchless stadium access and enhanced safety with Alcatraz

A Alcatraz Case Study

Preview of the Los Angeles Football Club Case Study

Safeguarding the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) with Touchless Access

Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) needed to protect high-security stadium areas while adapting to post-pandemic health and safety requirements. The club wanted to improve access control and support contact tracing without adding friction for players, staff, and other personnel, so it turned to Alcatraz and its facial biometric authentication solution, Alcatraz Rock.

Alcatraz implemented Rock at seven access points at Banc of California Stadium to provide touchless entry, replace or augment badge-based access, and strengthen security with features like enrollment intelligence, frictionless authentication, tailgating detection, and mask verification. The result was a more convenient and secure access experience that supported LAFC’s safety protocols and reduced the need for security staff to manually enforce compliance.
