Integracare streamlines communication with rubi works integration

Integracare, a home care and home health provider in the Greater Toronto Area, had grown rapidly and needed a better way to streamline communications, automate schedule reminders, and support its caregiver retention efforts. The company, which had used AlayaCare’s platform since 2016, also wanted to make it easier for staff to remember shifts and to send more personalized messages that help caregivers feel valued.

To address these needs, Integracare implemented rubi.works modules through AlayaCare’s AlayaSphere, including Rubi.Candles, Rubi.Shout, and Rubi.Sparkles. The solution automated birthday and anniversary messaging, targeted SMS communications, and shift/clock-in reminders, helping reduce manual follow-up and keep visits on schedule; as a result, Integracare reported strong staff feedback and reinforced its already industry-leading punctuality, with 97% of caregivers early or on time for shifts.
