How Nexthink launched a CSR program in 7 countries and engaged 33% employees in the first year

Nexthink, a global tech company with 700+ employees across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, wanted to launch a CSR program from scratch across seven countries. The goal was to break down barriers in the tech industry by reaching young people while also giving employees structured, meaningful ways to volunteer, support team building, and contribute to their communities. Nexthink partnered with Alaya to help organize and scale the initiative.

With Alaya’s all-in-one CSR platform, Nexthink centralized activity management, registrations, communications, and reporting across its global offices, while also enabling local champions and offering each employee three paid volunteering days per year. The company launched both in-person and virtual initiatives, including its first virtual fundraising campaign, Nexthink Across the Globe, and achieved 33% employee participation and 38 activities in the first year, alongside over 11,000 km tracked and donated funds to nonprofit organizations supporting coding literacy.
