KVL Bauconsult, part of the KVL Group in Berlin, manages a wide range of residential, commercial, and hotel projects and needed a more reliable way to handle cost controlling and project coordination. The team was challenged by the complexity of budgeting, tendering, awarding contracts, and performance tracking, and wanted a tool that would provide more structure and transparency than Excel. Vendor Alasco provided the cost management and project control platform used in the case study.

Alasco was implemented to give KVL clearer workflows, better data access, and more transparent project oversight across all participants. As a result, KVL reported greater security and efficiency in project control, improved communication and internal organisation, and stronger trust with clients and partners. While no specific numeric impact was provided, Alasco helped KVL make more substantiated decisions and manage projects more reliably.
