Hines, the global real estate investment, development, and management firm, needed a more flexible and standardized way to manage project workflows and cost controlling across its major development projects in Germany. To improve transparency and collaboration after the disruption of the Corona pandemic, Hines brought in Alasco’s cloud-based cost controlling platform.

Alasco implemented a digital, standardized cost and revenue controlling setup for five major Hines projects, including Südkreuz in Berlin, KOE37 in Düsseldorf, and several developments in Munich.
