Akveo partnered with one of Europe's largest motorhome manufacturers to help digitize its vehicles. The client's challenge was to create a mobile application that would allow motorhome owners to remotely control onboard devices, understand customer usage patterns, and provide a beginner-friendly and customizable automation experience for users.

Akveo developed a React Native mobile app for iOS and Android that uses a secure BLE connection and a custom protocol for real-time control of vehicle components. The solution, which included features like offline mode and a multi-brand ready design system, launched successfully in 2021. Akveo's work resulted in the application winning 1st place at the German Innovation Award and being available on app stores from the first day of the new motorhome line's launch.
