Akumina implemented an intelligent, multilingual digital hub that personalizes content for each of GSK’s 130,000 employees by pulling directory data and using machine learning to surface role-, location- and behavior-based content and links. The Akumina platform reduced application switching and clicks through seamless back-end integrations, increased global employee engagement and productivity, and put relevant tools and content directly into employees’ hands.
