EventMobi, which uses events and trade shows to find new customers and meet clients, was struggling with a paper-based lead capture process. Akkroo replaced the manual workflow with a standardized digital lead management process that integrated with Marketo. EventMobi used it to personalize follow-up with event-specific maps and photos, and to capture attendees from talks by scanning business cards. The results were clear: post-event email open rates rose from 56% to 74% for the event map follow-up and to 80–85% for post-talk slide decks, while Akkroo also helped EventMobi streamline lead handling across global teams.
