RHM Telecommunications, a UK-based provider of Gamma Horizon telephony systems, was looking for a way to increase adoption of business analytics among its customer base, as only 8% of its accounts had such tools enabled. The vendor, Akixi, provided its new Akixi Insights solution, which included a 60-day free trial and a tailored Smart Insights Report after 30 days. RHM used this to easily provision new accounts and demonstrate clear ROI to its customers. The setup was highly efficient, taking only 60-70 seconds per account. As a result of this initiative, RHM anticipates retaining at least 30% of the newly activated accounts.
