Rob The Gourmets’ Market, a well-known Brussels food shop offering over 15,000 products, needed to launch an e‑shop but struggled because their ERP and Excel-based workflows could not manage product information or images, and teams lacked visibility and collaboration across locales. Akeneo implemented Akeneo PIM (with the PIMGento connection to Magento), creating a single, intuitive repository used by six users to publish 4,000 products in a matter of weeks and scale the catalog further. The Akeneo solution improved data consistency and SEO, doubled online visitors, centralized workflows for faster collaboration, and made marketers more productive while enabling ongoing catalog growth.
