Mole Valley Farmers, a nationwide agricultural co‑operative with a large store estate and a Direct‑to‑Consumer website, faced legacy infrastructure, disparate brand systems, and a Magento replatform that threatened speed to market and consistent product information. To address these challenges, Mole Valley Farmers partnered with Akeneo and implemented Akeneo PIM to centralise and standardise product data across its ERP and sales channels.

Akeneo deployed a central PIM solution that integrated multiple IT systems, enabled centralised product onboarding and activated drop‑ship fulfillment, creating a single source of truth for product data. As a result of Akeneo’s work, Mole Valley Farmers grew its online catalogue from 20,000 to 55,000 SKUs (a 175% increase), accelerated time to market, improved data consistency across 1st and 3rd party channels, and made it easier to identify and fill product data gaps.
