Akeneo delivered a composable PIM that integrated with Smallable’s DAM, ElasticSearch, and Algolia, automated attribute creation, and streamlined permissions and workflows; the result: Smallable maintained a ~130‑person team while expanding its catalog, now publishing 50–500 products per day and achieving a typical time‑to‑market of under two days. Akeneo’s solution improved internal efficiency, sped up production and launches, reduced returns, and enabled consistent, localized product experiences.
