Working with Akeneo and its Activation product, the company aimed to expand into new channels and reduce returns while supporting cross-border growth.
Akeneo implemented Activation to automate translation, channel-specific mapping, and marketplace publishing. The results were significant: Group Ici cut launch time for its first marketplace, Mondial Tissus, from more than a month to just four days, reduced return rates by 50%, and expanded from 300 SKUs to more than 900. Akeneo also helped enable a new wallpaper collection expected to lift sales by 10–20% and drove immediate demand for the Charlie Suzy brand across marketplaces.
