Adam Hall Group, a long-standing manufacturer and service provider in event technology, was struggling with slow, error-prone product information management driven by ERP and tangled Excel spreadsheets. These legacy processes caused inconsistent product data, poor customer experiences, and slow time-to-market, so Adam Hall Group selected Akeneo and its Akeneo PIM to modernize and centralize product information.
Akeneo implemented a centralized PIM solution integrated with the company’s ERP, middleware and localization workflows (including LanguageWire and seven internal workflow stations), enabling automation, validation and completeness checks. As a result, product data quality and consistency improved, employee productivity increased, and omnichannel/international expansion accelerated; today 14 users manage 23,000 products across print and 12 online shops connected via middleware using Akeneo PIM.
