With Akeneo PIM and the Akeneo App for Shopify, FELCO sought a flexible solution to support international expansion and improve sustainability by enabling online sales of repair parts.
Akeneo automated and streamlined FELCO’s product information workflows, synchronized ERP data, and used rule-based automation and genAI translation to enrich content for Shopify and local markets. As a result, FELCO cut new product publishing time from one month to 24 hours, decommissioned a legacy GS1 system, and expanded from 10 to 170 international markets in under six months, earning the 2025 Expansion Award.
