CACEIS, an international banking group and leading European depositary bank and fund administrator, faced the need to digitize and standardize its product catalog (100 products with 1,000 variations), create a multi‑channel customer experience (website, intranet, iPad app, CRM) and give sales teams fast access to up‑to‑date product information. To address this, CACEIS selected Akeneo PIM to structure, control and distribute product data as part of a corporate website redesign.

Akeneo configured and integrated its PIM over a four‑month project with CACEIS and a systems integrator, mapping attributes, uploading data, handling translations/localizations, and syncing near‑real‑time with the CRM.
