Akeneo implemented product cloud capabilities to automate catalog integration and updates, add business rules and validation, and use AI-driven enrichment for product descriptions. The results included reducing ticket processing time from 1 day and 9 hours to just a few hours, expanding attribute management from 40 to 650 attributes, and delivering efficiency gains equivalent to 1.5 FTEs in three weeks—helping Invivo improve customer experience, compliance, and international expansion.
