Invivo Digital Factory faced the challenge of managing a large, diverse, and inconsistent product catalog, with inefficient manual file imports slowing product data updates and impacting time-to-market. Invivo turned to Akeneo, alongside Accenture, to build a centralized product data repository and improve data reliability, consistency, and omnichannel readiness.

Akeneo implemented product cloud capabilities to automate catalog integration and updates, add business rules and validation, and use AI-driven enrichment for product descriptions. The results included reducing ticket processing time from 1 day and 9 hours to just a few hours, expanding attribute management from 40 to 650 attributes, and delivering efficiency gains equivalent to 1.5 FTEs in three weeks—helping Invivo improve customer experience, compliance, and international expansion.
