The challenge was to accelerate and secure transmission and prove consistent turnaround times at scale.

Nuance partnered with Akamai, adopting its cloud security and web performance solutions and using Akamai analytics to monitor delivery. The integration (“Akamaized” applications) improved transcription delivery speed, strengthened security, enabled better software development, and gave Nuance the data to guarantee and demonstrate timely results to healthcare customers.
