Akamai began by delivering EMC’s e-learning and video training, enabling a shift from classroom to on-demand computer-based training that saved EMC millions in training costs. The relationship expanded to distribute most extranet content—including partner portals, software delivery, e-commerce—and now uses Akamai Web Application Accelerator for EMC’s new website, improving performance and scalability.
