Sisua Digital, a company specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), sought to make its robotic processes more intelligent with AI. They partnered with vendor Aito.ai to utilize its predictive database service for an AI-enabled RPA proof of concept in invoice automation.

The solution implemented by Aito.ai involved a robot reading invoice fields and querying the predictive database to accurately assign accounts. Aito predicted the values and their accuracy rates, only auto-filling fields when confidence was high and prompting manual input otherwise, all while continuously learning. Using a small data set of 256 invoices, Aito.ai achieved a 77% accuracy rate and the entire automated process was completed in just one minute.
