Case Study: Jokivär achieves faster, more accurate invoice processing with Aito.ai Evaluations

Q-Factory uses Aito Evaluations for Jokiväri's robot

Jokivär, a renovation construction company in Eastern Finland, processes thousands of purchase invoices across subcontracted projects and needed a way to reduce the time and effort spent on manual accounting work. To tackle this challenge, the company worked with vendor Aito.ai through Q-Factory, using the Aito Evaluations feature to help predict and validate invoice automation outcomes.

Aito.ai enabled Q-Factory to test its RPA approach with purchase invoice datasets, assess error rates, and optimize the workflow before deployment. The result was a highly accurate automation solution with an overall prediction accuracy of 94%, an estimated 2,410 correctly automated cases out of 3,000 per month, and about 180 hours of monthly savings, helping Jokivär process invoices faster and more accurately.
