Posti boosts their RPA with Aito

Posti, Finland’s largest postal service operator, needed a better way to automate a complex purchase invoice process that involved multiple cognitive decisions, such as assigning the right reviewer, cost center, category, and corrections for missing information. To extend its RPA capabilities, Posti added machine learning with Aito.ai, using Aito to make invoice handling more intelligent without needing custom code or a data science pipeline.

Aito.ai, implemented with UiPath and supported by Sisua Digital, enabled Posti to automate purchase invoice processing end to end. After a one-month parallel test, Aito’s predictions met the 95% accuracy requirement, and the solution went live; within the first couple of months in production, it had processed more than 7,000 invoices automatically, reducing Accounts Payable workload and speeding up invoice review.
