High speed lead qualification through Slack

Intwixt wanted to qualify and assign inbound leads fast enough to stay within the critical 5-minute response window, since delayed follow-up sharply reduces the odds of contacting and qualifying a lead. To support this, they used Aito.ai’s predictive data science capabilities within their DealFlow Slack app to help sales teams make faster routing decisions without leaving Slack.

Aito.ai was integrated into DealFlow’s recommendation engine to predict the most suitable sales rep for each incoming lead using data from Slack, HubSpot, and Intercom. The solution provided real-time assignment recommendations and explanations for why a rep was a good fit, helping shorten time to contact and improve lead qualification speed; the system also learned from each assignment to improve future predictions.
