Westminster Kingsway College partnered with AIT to tackle rising print and copy volumes at its new Gray’s Inn Road site in London. With students and staff producing millions of sheets each year, the college needed a way to reduce waste, control costs, and manage paper usage more effectively.

AIT installed a complete print and copy management system using PCounter software and hardware to track every print and copy job. The solution cut student printing by over 2 million sheets in the first year, saving more than £20,000, and is expected to save over £30,000 as it rolls out to staff—bringing total first-year savings to around £50,000.
