Anglo-European College of Chiropractic - Customer Case Study

Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC), a leading musculoskeletal healthcare and education provider, needed to replace an aging door access system that was difficult to support and reliant on manual card and access-rights administration. AIT helped AECC modernise both ID card production and building access, while also addressing issues with magnetic stripe cards, keypad code sharing, and poorly managed keys.

AIT implemented CardExchange® to automate card printing and encoding by pulling data directly from AECC’s Student Records System and Active Directory, with support for ad hoc card production as well. In phase two, AIT deployed a new access control system using contactless cards and upgraded controllers/readers while reusing existing hardware where possible. The result was a smoother migration, less manual data entry, faster card production, and improved efficiency and security; AECC reported printing over 700 new door access cards in the same week the system was set up.
