Smart Coupon worked with Aislelabs to address common retail coupon problems — unauthorized sharing, multiple redemptions, lack of analytics and one-size-fits-all validity. Using Aislelabs’ Smart Coupons and Aislelabs CRM, the customer sought a digitized coupon that could be targeted to segments and controlled at the moment of redemption.

Aislelabs delivered time‑bound, one‑time digital coupons delivered via segmented email campaigns (coupon opens in browser, claim in‑store with a countdown/timer and anti‑share controls), plus realtime campaign and coupon analytics. The program drove measurable engagement: 870 emails sent, 192 opens (22.1% open rate vs. 14.1% industry avg), 71 clicks (6.2% click rate vs. 1.3% industry avg), 173 unique claims, 484 repeat visits and an estimated ROI of 4,840 (based on $10/visit), all tracked through Aislelabs.
