Large Regional Shopping Centre wanted to drive foot traffic for a Black Friday sale and the arrival of their in-mall Santa, and needed a way to reach past visitors with targeted marketing. They partnered with Aislelabs, using Aislelabs Connect to build customer profiles from guest WiFi data and capture demographics and contact information.
Aislelabs used Connect to target about 10,000 previous visitors (aged 25–50) and Aislelabs Campaign to send an initial email and segmented follow-ups; the campaign achieved a 19.1% initial open rate and a 49.4% open rate on the follow-up to those who opened. More than 28% of the targeted list returned during the campaign (roughly 2,700 visitors), generating an estimated $250,000 in retailer value, demonstrating Aislelabs’ measurable impact on engagement and visits.
