How Lulu Group’s Retail Arm Tablez Built a CRM of 190,000 Users

Tablez, the multi-brand food & beverage arm of LuLu Group with 35 outlets, needed to build a CRM and consolidate customer data across its portfolio to enable repeat-business marketing. To solve this, Tablez partnered with Aislelabs and deployed Aislelabs Connect to capture and categorize guest data across locations.

Aislelabs integrated Connect with Tablez’s existing WiFi access points to offer free guest WiFi via email and Facebook sign-ups, collecting demographics, interests and contact details without requiring new hardware. Over 16 months Aislelabs helped Tablez grow its database from zero to over 190,000 users (100% of sign-ups came through Connect), achieving a cost per acquisition of $0.495 and enabling targeted marketing use cases such as launching a new store.
