Commission Factory pays publishers and people at speed with Airwallex Transfers and Reimbursements

Commission Factory is an Australian affiliate marketing software company that grew rapidly as online shopping boomed. As the business scaled, it needed a better way to manage international payments for publishers and to replace a clunky expense reimbursement process that previously ran through payroll, with little opportunity for line-manager approval. Commission Factory turned to Airwallex, using its Business Account, Transfers, Cards, and newly released Spend suite to support these needs.

Airwallex implemented Reimbursements, Expense Management, and virtual cards to streamline internal workflows and give the finance team clearer approval controls and faster processing. The result was simpler expense handling, less manual payroll work, and reimbursements paid up to 10 days quicker than before. For publisher payments, Airwallex also helped Commission Factory reduce FX costs and deliver more money to recipients, with publishers taking home about 2%–3% more than they would through a bank.
