J Bar Contractor’s Services, a Texas provider of portable restrooms, luxury restroom trailers, and other site rental services, needed a better way to hear directly from restroom users and respond quickly to service issues. They launched AirVote in November 2020 to collect real-time feedback from units in the field and improve service across construction sites, special events, and other customer locations.

Using AirVote stickers and QR code feedback in restroom units, J Bar’s route manager could triage alerts and dispatch the right team when issues came up. The company used the feedback in weekly staff meetings, customer outreach, and sales conversations that helped identify when sites needed more units or service, and it also expanded AirVote to dumpster rentals and driver referrals through AirLead. The result was better responsiveness, stronger reviews, and successful upsells of extra units and services based on user-reported needs.
