A AirVote Case Study
Indianapolis International Airport wanted a better way to capture restroom feedback and support its award-winning service standards across a large airport environment. After a 30-day trial, the airport chose AirVote QR Smileys® to collect passenger sentiment and help monitor restroom cleanliness and service performance.
AirVote deployed and configured the system across all airport restroom areas, including secured spaces, the main terminal, ticketing, baggage, and ground transportation, with about 200 QR Smileys installed. AirVote also set up alerts, trained airport service managers, and provided weekly customized reports, giving the airport a streamlined way to respond to feedback and review trends in team meetings.
