Corpus Christi International Airport - Customer Case Study

Corpus Christi International Airport partnered with AirVote to improve visibility into the customer experience across the airport. The airport needed a better way to capture real-time feedback and identify service issues, especially in restroom facilities where custodial teams relied on periodic checks.

AirVote implemented its QR Smiley customer feedback program, initially launching it in airport restrooms and later expanding it across the terminal, including TSA, car rental, ticketing, baggage claim, and gates. The system gives staff and partners real-time feedback, supports year-over-year reporting for leadership, and helps guide training and goal-setting. The airport reports that the AirVote data helps custodial teams pinpoint needs between hourly checks and supports major remodeling and upgrade projects.
