ATP Ejendomme installs 2,500+ Airthings devices across 40+ buildings

ATP Ejendomme, one of Denmark's largest commercial real estate companies, needed to understand and improve the indoor environment across its diverse property portfolio. Their challenge was to enhance occupant well-being and productivity through better indoor air quality, optimize their building management systems for energy efficiency, and meet the standards for DGNB building certification. To address this, they worked with vendor Airthings and its partner Condair to implement an indoor air quality monitoring solution.

The solution from Airthings involved installing over 2,500 of their monitoring devices across more than 40 buildings. These devices send data to a centralized dashboard, enabling ATP Ejendomme to make data-backed adjustments to HVAC systems to avoid over-ventilation and ensure optimal air quality. As a result, Airthings helped the customer optimize building performance, save energy, and efficiently gather the necessary data to achieve DGNB certification for their portfolio.
