The customer, Carl Black, is the chief engineer responsible for a large Class “A” office building at 600 California Street in San Francisco. This discovery also revealed high radon levels in four neighboring homes. The measurable impact was the potential lifesaving detection of harmful radon gas for Carl, his family, his dog, and four other families. Airthings sensors are now used to monitor the levels continuously, and Carl plans to deploy more of them in the office building.
