Lake Superior College (LSC), a Minnesota college offering 90+ certificate, diploma, and associate degree programs, wanted to boost in-class collaboration through screen sharing while reducing IT strain. With students using a wide mix of Apple, Google, Microsoft, and other devices, the college needed a seamless, low-cost solution that would work without IT assistance and minimize support tickets.

LSC implemented Airtame’s screen sharing and collaboration platform, along with Airtame Cloud for remote device management. The rollout was fast, covering 80% of classrooms in under a month, and the impact was substantial: support tickets dropped from about 300 per semester to 75%–80% fewer, while teachers gained easier wireless sharing and more time to focus on teaching.
