Hungryroot, a personalized subscription grocery service, needed to ensure consistent messaging across a growing website and to coordinate frequent updates to meals, packaging and creative across operations, marketing and design. Information was fragmented across shared drives, spreadsheets and email, so Hungryroot turned to Airtable to run a full site audit and centralize product, copy and asset data.

Using Airtable bases, forms and features like attachment fields, checkbox and date fields and the deduping block, Hungryroot consolidated sourcing, nutritional info, packaging assets and creative requests into a single cross‑functional workflow. Airtable made it easy to find and update every instance of changed content (for example, changing the delivery cutoff from “Friday, 5:00 PM” to “Wednesday, 3:00 PM”), eliminated duplicates, streamlined approvals and reduced missed deadlines, and even supported on-site contact capture and surveys at their NYC pop-up.
