Yext, a leading provider of location data management services, needed a flexible way to track a rapidly changing competitive landscape and model evolving internal processes. To solve that challenge they turned to Airtable, using it to build a centralized competitor-analysis workspace that fits Yext’s fast-moving product, marketing, and sales requirements.
Using Airtable, Yext implemented color-coded feature fields, linked “Companies” and “Incidents” tables, and attachment-enabled records so teams can quickly find competitor mentions, press coverage, and feature comparisons. Airtable made competitor intelligence accessible across sales, communications, design, and product teams, accelerated internal tooling and product-development workflows, and enabled non-engineers to prototype enterprise software for company-wide use.
