Case Study: Carbon Leaf achieves streamlined tour scheduling with Airtable

A Airtable Case Study

Preview of the Carbon Leaf Case Study

How to plan an entire tour's worth of shows in Airtable

Carbon Leaf, an independent indie-rock band that's operated for more than 20 years, faced the time-consuming logistics of planning full tours: each show requires a date, time, venue, contact, and contract, and assembling 100 dates by phone and email could take six to eight weeks. To solve that challenge they turned to Airtable, using a touring template and Airtable’s mobile app to organize events, venues, and contacts in one place.

Airtable provided a structured tour template (tables for events, venues, and contacts) and mobile access so the band can pull up show details and update schedules on the go. By centralizing tour data in Airtable, Carbon Leaf streamlined coordination, reduced back-and-forth phone and email work, and made it far easier to adjust dates across a multi-city tour—shortening the lengthy six- to eight-week planning cycle they faced before.
