How the Jacksonville Jaguars back office uses Airtable to power marketing and analytics projects

The Jacksonville Jaguars’ back-office marketing and analytics team faced the challenge of coordinating high-volume campaigns, grassroots events, ticketing reports, and an in-house creative services pipeline while keeping work transparent and manageable across a growing organization. To avoid an expensive custom build, the team turned to Airtable as a centralized work tool to replace scattered spreadsheets, briefs, and ad-hoc status requests.

Using Airtable, the Jaguars built a centralized priorities list, a six-table marketing dashboard (promo calendar, grassroots events, prize fulfillment, job log, etc.), an Airtable form for creative requests, saved views for the traffic manager and designers, and a public view for requesters. Airtable streamlined the creative services workflow (avoiding a $25k custom solution), enabled faster handoffs via record reassignment, made workload and campaign data easily filterable and reportable (e.g., monthly attendee averages), and improved transparency across Sales, Events, and Marketing. Airtable thus standardized processes and reduced time spent on status inquiries and coordination.
