How Siemer and Associates uses Airtable

Siemer Summit, the exclusive two-day conference run by Siemer & Associates that brings together about 30 featured speakers, 116 presenting entrepreneurs and 50 judges, faced the challenge of coordinating speakers, sponsors, judges and dozens of logistics across teams. To manage outreach, assets and deliverables and to prevent errors from inconsistent spreadsheets, the Siemer Summit team turned to Airtable as their central system of record.

Using Airtable, the team built tables for speakers, sponsors, judges and award nominations, used forms to capture judge nominations directly into the base, created custom views and employed linked records/lookups and change history to reduce duplicate work and data mistakes. The result: streamlined outreach and asset management, eliminated manual entry and inconsistent status updates, and helped produce the Siemer Summit’s largest event to date (2015), demonstrating clear operational scale-up thanks to Airtable.
