Outdoor Voices, the 116‑person activewear brand founded by Tyler Haney and headquartered in Austin with teams in New York, needed to sustain a collaborative, creative culture while managing a vast, distributed library of photographic assets used across Instagram, showrooms and billboards. To keep work flowing between cities and teams, Outdoor Voices adopted the digital tool Airtable to organize and surface creative workflows and media.

Airtable became the brand’s centralized source of truth for creative assets and project coordination, streamlining access to photography and production details across Austin and New York. The platform’s adoption is now so integral that OV’s rule is “If it’s not in Airtable, it doesn’t exist,” reflecting faster, more consistent collaboration and reliable asset management across social, retail and out‑of‑home channels.
