Using Airtable, Insomniac Events replaced free‑form spreadsheets with single‑select dropdowns, an adaptable inventory base and Airtable forms for post‑show claims, which reduced duplicate entries and sped up lookups. The result: lost‑and‑found wait times dropped by more than 50% (peak wait times now about 30 minutes for complex items), return rates improved, staff hours and payroll costs were reduced, and overall guest satisfaction increased — all enabled by Airtable.
