HearstMade, the branded content hub within HearstMagazines, needed a better way to manage its creative intake, pre-sale tracking, and time management processes as its campaigns and product roadmaps became more complex. With Airtable, HearstMade built a pre-sale tracking system, print pricing estimator, and daily time-tracking process, all connected through forms, formulas, automations, base syncing, and native Salesforce integration. Airtable automatically generates creative estimates and emails requestors, prompts staff to log hours, and gives the team real-time visibility into workload and pipeline, helping HearstMade advocate for additional headcount and significantly increase efficiency.
